WPP has announced its BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands 2013 list. Unsurprisingly that technology companies like Apple, Google and Microsoft are on the long list.
Apple took the first position while its rival, Google took the second position. Server maker, IBM took the third position while AT&T took the sixth position and Microsoft took the seventh position. China Mobile took the tenth position to complete the top 10 brands.
After the top 10 positions, Verizon took 12th, Amazon 14th, Vodafone 17th, Tencent 21th, T-Mobile 27th, Samsung 30th, Baidu 33th, Oracle 36, HP 54th, Intel 61th, Siemens 72th, MTN 79th, MTS Russia 82th, DoCoMo 90th and Yahoo 92th,
The main surprise is Samsung as it took the 30th position which considers as far behind its main rival Apple. Companies like Nokia, HTC, LG, Sony, Huawei and ZTE are not on the list.
